Ahhhh delicious!
- 100 g Poppyseed
- 5 medium Egg
- 4 Tablespoon Flower
- 1 Teaspoon Backing Powder
- 3 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
- 1 half Grapefruit (zest & juice)
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- A splash of Coconut Extract
- Some created Nutmeg
- A squish of Honey
- 1 Teaspoon Gelatine
- Some brown Sugar (as sweet as you desire)
Separate Egg
Beat egg-white until stiff
Mix Grapefruit juice and Gelatine together and heat up,steering until Gelatine dissolves
Mix everything together,fold under egg-white
Leave some egg-white and mix with Coconut flacks
Put cake-butter in small round baking-tin (7.5 inch)
Spread egg-white and coconut mixture on top
Preheat oven to 150 degrees
Cover baking-tin with foil and cut a few wholes in foil,to release hot air.
Bake for 1 hour
Leave to cool with foil on top for about an hour
Drizzle with icing if desired
